As Sales Development Manager this role is key to ensuring the future success of Riverford and its franchisees. Riverford is looking to strengthen their sales by employing people who are energetic, have proven success in sales, with the personal skills to match.
As well as outstanding sales ability, you must be passionate about fruit and veg, understand their customers and have empathy with the Riverford brand and values. You will be able to use your sales experience in combination with the things listed above to help the franchisees engage with their customers, build connections with their local farms and in turn increase sales, retention and customer spend.
Sales Development Managers
1 for South West (Based at Riverford on Wash),
1 for Midlands (Based at Riverford on Sacrewell Farm),
1 for North (Based at Riverford on Home Farm or Riverford on Stockley Farm)
1 for South East and London (based at Riverford on Upper Norton Farm)
£30,000
Up to 15% bonus, car, laptop, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), contributory pension, healthy benefits.
